This limited edition print captures the "Evening Return" of aircraft to their carrier, the USS Bon Homme Richard, CFA-31, at sunset. This scene is set in the Sea of Japan during the Korean conflict, as F-4U Corsairs of VF-74 set up in a holding pattern, F-9Fs of VF-72 land and taxi forward on the flight deck of the "Bonny Dick."
